Browser prob Razr V3i

Got a V3i & put in all the settings from my cell provider to get it all setup & if I try to connect to the browser it fails. It starts to launch the browser then I get a message "file type not recognised"

Cingular couldn't figure it out when I was on the phone with them, anyone have any ideas??
