I have a wireless router connected to my main PC. The interenet is used on this computer and wirelesly on a laptop. can i buy a network adapter for my ps2, put the laptop in the same room as my ps2, and just connect them together?

What would i need to do this?

Also, how popular are games like fight night round 3 and pro evolution 5 online? Is it easy to find a game?

it might work if you get the network card on the lappy and connect it to the ps2 with a crossover cable and enable ICS (internet connection sharing) but, you'll need to get all the settings right in the ps2 setup and on the pc (not sure if XP does ICS automatically)

How easy is it?

Also what cable do you need to connect the laptop to the network adapter and where would it go?

And is ICS easy with XP?

yes if your laptop has built-in wireless connectivity then you only need 1 more network card a total of 2 in the pc (1 is the wireless, 1 is the wired). Someone else will have to let you know about ICS in winxp 'cause I've never tried it in xp as I use 2000
