I ripped "corpse bride" with DvdFab Decrypter and then blanked unnecessary parts with VOBblanker.Then I shrank it with DVDshrink and burnt it with Nero.when I played the DVD in my DVDplayer,there was no sound in any feature of "special features".
When I openned the "special features" files that were the outcome of VOBblanker,with Bsplayer,there was sound in these files.
When I openned the "special features" files that were the outcome of DVDshrink,with Bsplayer,there was no sound in these files.
So,I think the problem is with DVDshrink.What is causing the problem?
Is there a way I can fix it?
Thank you.
i just used DVD Shrink on it's lonesome for this movie, however i did movie only. either way there should be no need to start messing with vobblanker etc etc, the worst you would need if DVD Shrink wouldn't play ball would be to use DVDFab Decrypter..
all i can suggest is that you did something wrong with vobblanker...
@elrad
I did the full movie w/ just shrink by it's lonesome (well Nero to burn). No problems. Did you uncheck the audios in shrink for the special features? To get them back redo it - if you really want the special features on your back up. Try shrink alone - nothing special on this one.
Not to sound mean, but you probably went wrong somewhere. Like everyone said, this movie was easy to back up. So either you blanked the wrong files or did something else in VOBB, or you unchecked audio files in Shrink. Just do it again.
I did this with shrink and decryptor and everything worked, so this shouldn't give you a problem.

I had this same problem backing up my copy as well. I like to back up my discs with speacial features because my kids will go through them as much as they go through the movie. For whatever reason, the movie works fine using either shrink by itself or through fabdecypter - but the special features and previews get the audio removed.
What you need to do is rip the files with DVD Decrypter (not FabDecrypter - for some reason it doesn't split up all the audio files). Once you've done that, open the files with shirnk. You'll notice that there are several audio options with 0 mb of data, including 2 or 3 ACS 5.1 files. If you want all the special features with audio, go through each file and uncheck all the 0 mb files. This should leave all the 2.0 audio files (where all the audio is located). You can preview the files w/audio by right clicking on the preview screen and selecting the 2.0 audio.
