Hey I was just wondering if any one else had this problem or knows how to fix it. Whenever I boot up a PS2 backup that happens to be a PAL version, it always shows up off center on my screen. I make sure I set my video mode to NTSC and I have tried the normal boot and the advanced boot. Neither make any difference. On some games I can adjust the screen settings via the game itself, but for others (such as NBA 2K6) I can't. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

because the game is from different region, you can do a region fix to fix that.

The link for the PAL-NTSC patcher doesn't work anymore. Does any one have a new link or the file for the PS2 PAL TO NTSC patcher with the Y-Fix?
