I have a question. Im looking at buying a spindle of Verbatim DVD+R disks. Are the single layer disks as reliable as dual layer as far as "no coasters" is concerned ???

I have never had a coaster yet, while burning with verbatims. I have not used the dual layer disks before, but Verbatims are top of the line media. They should be as good or even better than the dual layer.

verbatim dl discs are the only ones that have been certified as dl..
i've burned a few.. great quality.. i have burned a few hundred of the regular single layer ones.. also great burns

I just went out and bought two 50 pack spindles yest. at best buy. only 14.99 each. great deal on sale, only those and ty should you trust. no coasters. single layered are excellent

I also am about 2/3's the way through a spindle of Verbs. Excellent quality and I am even getting 98.6% scores using my NEC drive. Excellent, excellent media. I will buy more.
