Sounds like you're using the wrong ISO emulation mode, it says on the list to use the direct load option, sounds like yours is on system menu

All I can suggest is downloading the emulator again mate. I got mine from psp-hacks, it's called umd emulator v0.8c.

That's ok mate.

Just have a play with the emulator settings and I'm sure you'll get the sound working.

For shrinking ISOs, have a look at this link, haven't done it myself though

http://forums.psphacks.net/index.php?PHPSESSID=629867caac5cac8850...

This is a package which contains ths compressor tool for ISO. Its called DAX Creator.exe, but just a warning compressing some games can cause freezing during the game, and loss of sound when the game is sometimes played. This is if you compress it too much.

:)

Hope this helped.

hey guys! i dono if this is tru or not, but i was reading a forum...and i saw this post on how do downgrade a v2.60...is this true?:

"All you need is a copy of gta liberty city stories uk versions and your battery has to be 100 or 99 % if it isnt it wont work download eloader beta for gta and load it the psp will show a screen with a white psp picture big in the right hand connor then it will go off when you turn it back on after 10 mins you will have the firmware version 1.50 which will allow your psp to play homebrew applications and play games like need for speed most wanted etc straight off the memory card. i did this with my psp and it worked fine and know i am just loving my psp to the max like i used to before i became a dick and upgraded it to 2.60 "

thanks guys

for crash tag team racing you have to do a prx swap and you need to try and load it with umd emulator set to system menu, and it takes you back out to the menu then you go to mph gameloader: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/348 and you should be fine.
if you don't care to do a prx swap just try to download a different copy.

PRX swap =
extract iso with winrar
inside the PSP_GAME folder you should be able to find the modules folder in there should be all your prxs that need to be swapped.

Now get another backup game iso you have that works properly without mph i suggest one that worked with fastloader or umd emulator by itself.
Extract that with WinRAR and look for the prx files, once you found them copy the working ones over to your crash tag team racing modules folder.

well that means that you werent missing anything and you already had a fixed copy of cttr you just needed the right loader.
im glad i could have helped ya, i figured all ya needed was the loader, cause a lot of my back-ups i never had to do anything to.

and as for the settings for dax, you leave everything on default but you turn ram allocation tables on.
