i have done some research but am confused regarding this issue, i have bought a modded ps2 console which is in pal system, my tv is ntsc as i am living in US, so all i get is black and white and blinking, i understand that i cna get a converter that will take care of color issue but not the blinking as my tv does not have vertical hold, is ther any other option? i read somehwere that scart RGB cable may work? i have HDTV with RGB input, will that work, any other suggestions?

how is your PS2 modded? that would help people help you.
There are also converters you can buy.
Some chips have settings for region that you can change, Swap magic also has a screen mode you can change.
