Hi, I have partially downloaded a video from emule, but it never finishes, so, I would like to cut a piece of this video, does anybony know a way to do this, the extension is .part, if you know which program to use please let me know

You MUST have the WHOLE file downloaded.

I would recommend using Bittorrent software,
You have a good chance of finding it there.
