Hi guys,

I'm having a terrible time when I try to backup a copied movie. I'm using Verbatim 4x dvd+r media and I keep getting the same nero error message. I have a Dell Dimension 3000 with a Pentium 4, 2.8 ghz processor, 512 mb of ram and windows service pack 2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a copy of my nero log:

First I would edit the post and get rid of the serial # right after.

Here is a copy of my Nero log:

Then I would get the newest firmware here

http://www.liteonit.com/ODD/WebFW/SHW-1635S/DR16YS0W.zip

Then I would uninstall roxio.
