Ive got USB Advance working with my slim PS2. I have a western digigtal 250gb harddrive, and the PS2 has a DMS4 Pro chip in. Questions are as follows:


1) How do I delete games off the hard drive? I've got the choice of START or FORMAT on the usb, or UL_INSTALL and UL_FORMAT on the dos program on pc. Nowhere does it say how to delete a game???

2) Some games dont work at all? They load onto the hard drive but dont load and play? Anyway around this or is this just how it is, some games work some dont????

3) Is USB extreme any better than USB Advance, and if so, does anyone have a link to it.


I've looked around the forums for these answers but no joy. Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks for the link, had a good look around the site. They seem to cover HD Advance and USB extreme. I dont have the PS2 software for USB Extreme, only USB Advance. When I load a game onto the Hard Drive via USB Extreme (windows client), USB Advance on the ps2 doesnt pick up the hard drive or data on it. Does anyone have a link to where I can d/l USB EXTREME for the ps2, not the pc.
