Put the PSPlayerMT an MT% into ur GAME folder mate.
Then put ur films (this doesnt really matter just for handyness) into a folder in MP_ROOT and name it what u want.

I copy the folder as you said to a game folder on my PSP
Im trying to run the appl. but it comes to a picture I enter it says the game cannot be started
do you have more information to share

Are u using eloader 0.96? In order to work it select it from the eloader menu, then select ur movie and press circle.

You have a couple of options, downgrade to 1.5 (i suggest you do this)
OR get the 2.0 Eloader oh yeah it doesnt need GTA

Or if ur PSP is VERSION 2.00 use the TIFF EXPLOIT no need for GTA. ;)
Other than that, do as Piece says and downgrade to 1.50 (should ave asked ya what u where running in the first place)

get the downgrader here
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/3
extract it with WinRAR to a specified folder.
Now get 1.5 firmware here.
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/4
Inside the downgrader youll see some files.
copy the h.dat and the index file and into the root of your memory stick
copy overflow.tiff and into your Photo folder.
Now go to the 1.5 eboot and extract it with WinRAR as well. Inside you should find eboot.pbp copy that into a new folder in your PSP/GAME called UPDATE (make it)
Go to your photo menu, and press down. You should see a black screen with white letters. Leave it for a while.
Then turn your psp off you can turn it off by holding the power button up for 10 seconds.
Go to games menu and youll see system update 1.5, it might ask you to charge if battery is low.
DO NOT REMOVE BATTERY OR MEMORY CARD OR POWER.
Oncethe update gets to 99% it says update failed. Dont worry just turn it off again.
When you turn it back on some funny writing comes up dont get scared just press O

degrade, format stick (optional), do the same like u did just then but NOW with a 1.5
trust me, 1.5 kiks arse ^_^
only thing i dont like bout it is the monthly bg changes. cant it just stay as it is, or change whenever i want without a pc (i mean using PSPersonalise)
one more thing: as youre following the steps and upgrading and all that...
DONT DISCONNECT THE AC FROM THE PSP OR YOU SHALL HAVE A PRETTY BRICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gigpa what is ur actual firmware at the minute?
If ur gonna downgrade to 1.50 u dont need ELOADER 0.96.

Once youve done the donwgrade its easy. Youll be on 1.5 which is the best firmware.
Now all you have to do is copy PSPlayerMT an PSPlayerMT% into PSP\GAME on your memory stick.
To run just go to GAMEand find the PSPplayer icon.
To encode the video youll need the pmenc prog b4 or the xvid4psp

or VirtualDub - just make sure in virtual dub for filters you go to resize and put 480X272

I had that version, some of friends here said to me to upgrade to 2.0 in order to play AVC files, now you are saying 1.5 is the best.

Yes it does, but u will ave to install Eloader 0.96 in order for it to work on V2.00. Piece is tellin ya to download to 1.50 because there is an awful lot of apps and homebrew that u can run with it.
When and if u do downgrade it wont matter about AVC because u could still run it on ur 1.50 because of the PSPlayerMT. So whats the point of staying on V2.00? Downgrade man!

You have to mess with the settings to get the best quality for you, Use VirtualDub if your advanced it has more settings for you to change.
