Well I have a PAL psp, and I wondered, does it matter if I get a USA version? Or Do I always have to get a PAL like I am doing now.

no it dont matter what iso you get, you could even have a jap one if you want..

yeah. i played tenchu on my psp, and its PAL . tenchu was fully in japanese (still luv the game and passed it :P ).
pretty much, UMD's are multi-regional, except UMD movies and audio (thats what ive heard). games can be played on ANY psp (thats if its not bricked :P )

Is there any way you can change the language in a game as in the actaul iso, i got the ssx on tour iso and when i played it, it was japanese...

I don't think so but if you could you would need umd gen to do it.
