DVD Decrypter help!!!

ok im having a problem with this dvd, an error keeps coming up when it gets to 6%, can someone plzzzz help me!
it says it has an I/O ERROR!

Welcome to aD!
The error is a bit small but I think it's giving you read errors.
Try cleaning the disc off. Can't see the movie either - which one are you doing? Original?

I can just make out check condition (+ I've seen this error quite a few times w/ decrypter w/ bad discs)

Clean the disc off - usually this means there's a problem with the disc your trying to rip from.

Your picture is way too small, it's all blurry, but I'm guessing it (DVD Decrypter) can't decrypt the disc/movie due to newer protections. Unless you're using PgcEdit + PSL plugins + FixVTS with DVD Decrypter, then of course, any movies/dvds can be ripped that way regardless of what protections is encrypted on the original dvd(s).
Another flawless, free and easy way/method to rip movies/dvds is to use DVDFAB Decrypter (possible one of the greatest FREE ripper at the moment). Furthermore, if you haven't use VobBlanker, then give this useful free tool a shot and you'll be amaze how valuable the little tool can do. It will process, fix and filter out dummy/fake or invalid structure sectors smoothly. In addition, it can blank out any unwanted junks flawlessly.

Binkie7 was right, it a bad disc. to fix it:
- get another disk.
- rip the same disk with DIFFERENT burner.

Without knowing the movie and if it's an original it could be either bad/dirty disc or copy protection. My first guess w/ decrypter is usually bad/dirty disc cause at one time 99.9% of the time this was the case. But as time goes on that % is sadly decreasing. There are movies that decrypter can't handle alone and will also give this message.
I still love decrypter and use it. It's just needs a little help sometimes!

And the best help available is AnyDVD. Slysoft keeps the software updated faster to work with the new changes the movie industry is making with the copyright protection. It's mainly Arccoss from Sony, Disney, and Columbia, but there may be others. Sylsoft does a good job of keeping ahead of the game. http://www.slysoft.com When using with DVD Decrypter, turn off CSS cracking, structure protection and have SPTI selected. Those are recent recommendations from Slysoft.
The AnyDVD + DVD Decrypter has done all the DVD "rips" for backups of the latest DVDs with the Arccoss protection. There was still compliance problems with some of the new movies. VobBlanker was one solution that has been suggested. I find FixVTS (free) to be the easiest app for processing DVD files to make them compliant. So far I've not needed to resort to the PgcEdit method with DVD Decrypter, though it has proven to be a failsafe method of doing backups. I still prefer doing things the easy way with AnyDVD + DVD Decrypter. Once a person gets the "cleaned" and compliant files, most any decent transcoder and burner can finish the task.
Poor disc condition or a flawed disc can still cause a problem. So make sure the disc is in readable condition and do a read scan, if necessary. Some discs are flawed and the read scan shows the problem which isn't always visible. I've run into a few bad factory DVDs.

i ended up using a different program cause decrypter and shrink didnt want to read tht disc

And what software would that be? DVD Decrypter and Shrink have obsolete decryption software for handling the newer copyright protection schemes. So, if you ran into the new protection, it's no wonder. There was never any mention of the DVD being done, the copyright protection, and only a screenshot of the error message that was too small to read.
Glad you got things going and curious as to what you finally used?
