Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.

Hello YesYou, I am sorry I did not include that info originally. The phone is locked to AT&T in the USA, but I would like to switch it to Cingular. The phone has never activated before and I have a new, unused Cingular SIM card here to use.
