Need Help playing regular disc games with Avalaunch

I'm new to Avalaunch and cant find how to play a normal game on a disc through the dashboard. I go to games and I see the ones stored on my HD but cant seem to find a way to play the game thats in disc drive thats not on the HD. Any help would be great. Thanks

so you want to play game on dvd. but the avalaunch does not load the game in dvd drive, right?

Right, I want to play a regular Xbox game that I rented and when I put it in it does not launch and I cant find any screens to get to an application to turn it on.

what do you have on the avalaunch menu and system setting?
