I have a capture card and i made a halo 2 video. The video is 10 minutes long and is 116 MG :[ What can i do to make it smaller so i can upload it to the web

Maybe try using Windows Movie Maker? It's standard with MS Windows XP I think and I think when you pick "save Movie" it will give you lots of options. You will loose quality of course, but it might work and you probably already have it on your computer. I just used it to reduce a 700 Meg AVI video to a 3 meg .wmv for emailing. It produced an acceptable quality for email purposes.
