CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHAT 2 DO STEP BY STEP I HAVENT OPEN MY XBOX YET . IM AFRAID OF MESSING UP MY WARNTY IF I OPEN IT. PLEASE TELL ME ITS FIXABLE I WILL OPEN IT AND DO IT . WHAT] I DID WAS RUN A SOFT MOD USING SPLINTERCELL BACKUP MS DASH BACKUP SOFTMOD THEN I PUSH PREPARE HARDRIVE NOW IT GIVES ME CODE 16 PLEASE TELL ME WHAT 2 DO IM AT HOME DOING THIS RIGHT NOW

First off this is not a problem. Usually if you cold boot the Xbox and power it up with the disk in it, you can re-run the softmod. Also any new game with Live enabled will auto-update you dashboard and repair the error. I reccomend using the 007 save exploit. It's easier and Unleash X in my opinion is the best overall dashboard.
