I have version 1.5 i downloaded all the requirements to play UMD
i have the Umd emulators 2 in psp - game folder and one in root.
i have the iso with 2 games in it - Untold legends, Tony Hawks 2 underground remix - then ive even been trying to switch around the configurations with it, and still it either freezes or turns off.... Is there another thing i need to download? And ive been looking for a way to fix it through all the threads and nothing is helping =\
maybe i skipped something i dont know..
Did i do something wrong?

Maybe you put the files in the wrong place, or you downloaded a bad iso.... Try a different easier game that can be played off a memory stick with no modifications.

P2p software or torrent places like.. well I can say but if you check google, you'll be sure to find, I'd use BitComet for a P2P Software.

3d what are you talking about?

Both the games he mentioned don't need to be modified anymore. they arent games that need mph. Im not trying to bump heads with you but, these games load normally.

Anyway. It sounds like you may have bad isos or your psp is acting up. Just try getting a different copy of that game and as for the settings your umd emu settings should be like this..

Note: Emulation mode should be set to Direct load, my settings are on system menu because that is required for other games

Should my games on the UMD emulator settings have .iso at the end?

actually sudds is right mate. even if you don't have WinRAR the file will still say .rar , Having WinRAR allows you to uncompress the file.
And yes its always supposed to say .iso. You will have to click on the icon with the three books and it should bring you to a file inside that says .iso at the end. Extract that to your desktop(or whereever) and then extract it to the iso folder of your psp
