Hi, I am fairly new at this and I first of all would like to say that I love the software. Just recently I have not been able to get the cd tray to open right after the movie copies to the temporary folder. So this is what happens: After inserting a movie and allowing it to encode then to copy to the folder it used to automatically open the cd tray and then it asked for me to insert a blank DVD. That part isn't happening anymore and it now justs sits there. It will not eject and therefore I am not able to copy onto a blank DVD. Any help would be muchly appreciated. I hope that this makes sense.

If burning with Nero, make sure you have burning with Nero enabled in preferences and have selected your burner as your target, not Hard Disc folder. If burning with DVD Decrypter, make sure you've selected "ISO image file and burn with DVD Decrypter" as your target.
