Has anyone shopped at both online stores that can tell me which they prefer? Which has better shipping times, customer service, quality, pricing, etc.?

Thanks.

I have purchased from both and prefer SMS.There website seems a little user friendlier. Pricing on both is equally competitive. It seems SMS has the better deal by a dollar or two when buying 200 or 300 discs, this is where the best deals seem to be, in the 200 and 300 packs. The free shipping really isnt free , they add the 6 to 9 dollars in thr price, if you watch the disc prices in quantities of 50/ 100/ 200/ 300 you will see the free shipping is added to the price of the discs. Packing and shipping has not been an issue with me, cant tell you about returns never had to return anything purchased from either company. Thumbs up to both companies from me..

I've only ordered from Supermedia.

Both Rima & Supermedia prices are similar.

I live in CA. so when I order something from them I usually get it in just 2 days.

I think because they have a warehouse in Southern CA.

They'll also let you know by, what day you'll get your shipment.

They do have free shipping specials, but since I'm in CA. I still have to pay tax.

Dose anyone know if Rima has any warehouse's in CA ?

I've had better experiences with SMS, that's where all of my shopping is done now unless someone else has an unbeatable deal. I just oredered a BenQ drive from Meritline because it was a really good deal.

At the time! Happy Burning !
