I had a virus about 4 days ago and and deleted it with AVG free edition and everything was going fine but the computer is goming slow (the mouse would not move smoothly) when i run two or more programs or if i run the computer for a long time the useage kepts on building and it should be on aroung about 100mb about when i start the computer its on 200mb after a while 350mb then 400mb and after sometime the computer restart it is really anooy and i think the virus which was a trojan damged my computer
its a p4 3.2ghz and before the viruis i used to run like three games, two differnet programs and evan burn cd and everything was fine! i defragmanted my pc used ccleamer and cleaned everything and used anti-spyware and adware programs and thers non of them.

Ok, you have some malware.

You don't have a firewall on your computer. Download and install one firewall.

These are good (free) firewalls:
ZoneAlarm --> http://www.zonelabs.com
Kerio--> http://www.sunbelt-software.com/Kerio.cfm
Outpost-> http://www.agnitum.com

Cleaning instructions: (Please follow carefully)

Move HijackThis to its own folder C:\HJT
Update your Ewido.

Donwload LSPFix -> http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm to yuor desktop.
Don't run this program yet. This program is used only if you lost your internet connection during the cleaning.

Go to Control Panel -> Add or remove programs -> Remove if found New.Net or NewDotNet


--->IF New.Net or NewDotNet ain't listed in add/or remove programs, do this<---

1.Un-plug your internet cable.
2.Disable your antispyware and antivirus
3.Download NNuninstall to your desktop http://www.new.net/support/NNuninstall.exe
4.Run NNuninstall.exe file.
->It asks if you want to remove New.Net
->Click Yes.
->When it is done click OK.
->Restart your computer
5.Restart your antivirus
6.Plug your internet cable back.
7.Empty the recycle bin.

(IF you lost your internet connection during the new.net removal, doubleclik LSPFix.exe. Check "I know what I'm doing" option.You see two panels; If something is listed in "Remove" panel on the right side, leave it there and press "Finish>>". Then restart your computer and the connection should work. If nothing is listed in "Remove" panel, DO NOTHING, close LSPFix. Go to some different machine to get help. (This is just a precaution. Usually the internet connection stays ok ;) )

Run HijackThis and fix these entries (if found): (Do a system scan only, check entries, close all other windows, press Fix checked)

Restart your computer to the safe mode (Press F8 button when computer is starting and choose safe mode)

Make your hidden files visible:
->On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
->Click the View tab.
->Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.

Delete these folders if found:
C:\Program Files\-->NewDotNet
C:\Program Files\-->New.Net

Empty the Recycle Bin

Make your hidden files invisible again:
->On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
->Click the View tab.
->Under Hidden files and folders, click Do not show hidden files and folders.

Scan yor computer with Ewido and save the log file.

Restart your computer normally.

Post a fresh HijackThis log and Ewido's log to here so we can see if your computer is now clean.

You got many unnessessary programs running and we can free your memory by taking those off, but lets get you cleaned first.

New.Net malware must be removed with a different way.

It is usually better to remove malware first trough "add or remove programs" if possible.

If you fix some malware with HijackThis, the fixed files and folder must be deleted too.

010 entries can NEVER be fixed with HijackThis because it brokes your internet access.

That 018 entry is usually a bug in hijackthis so the file is not really missing.

And why would you fix these legitimate entries?
