Combining NTSC & PAL video clips?

When Im combining video clips from a mix of NTSC & PAL dvd's on Shrink, I hate the way I get the blank/pause/click from the player as its changing over from PAL to NTSC. Is there an easy way to avoid this happening? This is when I combine musical numbers from different PAL/NTSC movies.

Convert them all to one format (either PAL or NTSC). There are lots of programs that will convert clips from one format to another.

You could use ConvertXtoDVD.
