when I put a disc in and hit open disc I get a mssage telling me to insert dvd in drive. I already have one in but still get message telling me to install dvd.I doesn't matter wich drive I put dvd in, it still won't show a dvd is in the drive. Any ideas? These are pre recorded disc's.It does it withany disc I try.I get the message that I need to insert a disc in drive, and it does it on both my cd-rom and my dvd recorder/player. It worked the last time I used dvd shrink. Now it doesn't recognize a disc in any drive.I installed disc cleaner and ran the clean registry, but never initiated the final step to clean registry.I can't even play cd's or dvd's. make sure your firmware on your drives are up to date ,uninstall and reinstall the program.
