I would like to know with wich program can I shrink a dvd-rip to a samller size?

You can get DVDShrink. It's a free program and available from here:

Shrink is awesome! Combined with AnyDVD it's even better.

But I think Nero has one too--I'm not sure, I don't use Nero regularly.
