i created some dvds and when i watch them on the tv i realized the menu text is so small its unreadable....is there a way i can copy the vob files back to pc and make a new menu without having to reencode them? i tried that with nero vision but it tells me the files are 5.5 gigs when they are 4.5 (actually like 4.3 or something), so is there any software that can do this or am i stuck reencoding these again?

Re-rip with DVD Decrypter or import into any DVD authoring program. Clip the menu and re-edit. The size is bigger because of the menu you added. Once that is removed it will go back to the original size. Then just re-add.
