I have gathered a ton of info on this site, that being said I have a couple of dvds I'm trying to back up and just never could, even posted the titles and most people said they had no trouble. So I just figured they were bad presses like ya'll say. So I brought two of them to work to try on a friends lap top, and low and behold they ripped out fine and copyed fine. Out of about a 100 dvds these were the only two that would not work on my 3 month old Hp, but his 2 year old compaq worked fine. What is the problem?

I can't even begin to say what the problem may be! And ..... what are the movies you are talking about?

See, I had no problem with Troy, just used shrink and AnyDVD. The ones that stuck me were Run away jury and Show me the money. But they ripped on another computer. Guess some drives read better than others
