Hi Everybody, hope somebody can help

I have a bunch of SVCD Mpg Music videos.

I've tried the following programs:

Nero Vision 3: ok picture good sound
Divx to DVD: awful sound ok picture

Then I went back to DVD Lab studio, which gave the best picture quality but distoted the sound when it resampled it

Is there anyway to stop this program reencoding the sound?

Or do i need to do major work on the SVCD's?

Trying to keep it simple!

Distorted the sound or re-aligned the sound? Re-align meaning, sound starts before lips move, or lips move before sound starts? Distorted meaning, it's really low, or really high, or just cannot hear it at all?

When you encoded to SVCD, what were you converting from (video and format-wise, ie. DVD NTSC, XviD MP-3 etc.)

Hi Again

I downloaded them as SVCD so i didn't convert or encode them myself

They are Mpeg 704 x 576 in PAL format

hope thats the right info !

Oh boy. Well, normally I would point you towards vdub and have you run the audio through there. However, I don't think that would help your cause. This is the best I could do for you. Hope this helps.
