i bought a 2.5 psp awhile ago and was forced to get gta for the eloader. now ive finally traded my 2.00 for a 1.5 so i could play isos but i still cant get them to work. i tried everything in the emulator guide so finally i came to the conclusion that its because the umd inside my 1.5 is GTA. could anyone confirm this for me?

Its not the UMD in ur 1.50 that the problem u need a different set up, ELOADER only works on firmware 2.00 and above.
I dont know much about 1.50 firmware, but some of the guys here should help u out.

i keep GTA in my 1.5 so i can play it with MPHloader, so its not the UMD.

what ISOs are you trying to run and what loader are you using?

i was hoping the umd was the problem...ive been trying to set up isos ever since ive got my psp. its kind of frustrating. i tried street fighter alpha 3 and megaman maverick hunter X.
im using umd emulator v0.8c
i have these folders in place

Root folder= PSP, ISO, UMDEMULATOR
PSP/Game= UMDEMULATOR, UMDEMULATOR%

i just realized my iso is described as an image file...could this be the problem? if so what can i do about it?
a-sfa3mx.iso(TYPE:IMAGE FILE)

yeah, pretty sure those games need 2.0 firmware files with mphloader to work.
