I ordered my PS2 premodded from Backupsource. Anyway, they just did the bad mod service, and then when I received my PS2. They did not work at all. It costs me $250. I tried to claim for refund, but it was too late and I did not have sufficent evidence to charge them. Anyway, is there anyway that I could fix it or could someone help me to fix it? Since I know there is lots of restrictions on this website. Therefore it is not convenient to discuss this issue and we have to follow the rules as well. Please PM me if possible.

first of all you should have not bought a pre modded ps2 from a site that you did not know anything about. second, you should have asked on here first has any one bought a pre modded ps2 from this site and if they did ask what chip was put in the ps2. Pre modded systems are risky, without a heat resistor the person who is soldering probably fried the board. After someone has fried the board there is no way to make it work, thus resulting in a non working ps2 that could be used to collect dust. What you need to do is email the website again and tell them what happened, and politly ask them what you can do for it. Im sure that they probably offer a 30 day return or something like that. If they dont i can not tell you what to do except email them and ask them what they recommend. I got my pre modded ps2 from teammodders.com, very fast very reliable
