Hi I have been visiting this forum for a while now and I have found some great info in here but just two days ago after trying to back up one of dvd's whith dvd shrink just as usual after the backup process I insert my blank dvdr and I get this message Error:\nCannot connect TRF. if anybody knows what this is or can help me out to solve this issue I would really apreciated thanks alfredo

You're going to have to uninstall nero6 version 6.6.1.4 and install version 6.6.0.18

To uninstall version 6.6.1.4, use the general cleantool found here:
http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/General_CleanTool.html

Then install packages 1 and 2 (in that order) of version 6.6.0.18 and you'll be back in business.

Package 1
http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe

Package 2
http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe

Don't forget to re-enter your nero serial# after.
