after i put game disc in tray,push the button.it shows the memory card but not the game disc to choose to play.it doesnt say disc error.some how its not reading the disc.i took it apart cleaned the lens and the put silicone on the two metal thingys the lens thingy moves on and still does the samething.you can email me at my email addy if i dont come to this site in awhile.

can you give more info-
what media brand & type do you use (DVD-R/+R DL?), what program did you burn with, what speed did you burn at? what mod do you have.
