I am looking to purchase a DVD recorder to replace my VCR. I'd like one with a harddrive as well. What do you reccomend? I will mainly be using it to record TV shows, sports or the occasional movie on HBO. The hardrive would be a nice Tivo like feature as well...

A Panasonic, or Pioneer unit with harddrive would do the trick.
