swap magic - general question

hi all

a really basic question - i have a slimline silver ps2 model SCPH7002(PAL) with flip top lid

if I buy the swap magic dvd boot disk, do I need to make any mods at all to the ps2 other tan disabling all the lid censors so i can leave the lid open?

no you don't need anything else just the swap magic, & magic keys or fliptop.

fliptop? is this something other than the fliptop of the ps2?

magic keys? is this a seperate software disc?

sorry, i will explain

magic keys are the little tools that disable the sensors.
or you can buy a replacement fliptop which will also disable the sensors. :-)

so if i disable all the flitop censors myself all I will need is the dvd boot disk - swap magic

You can disable it free, its not that hard.
