I just bought a toshiba laptot , but the DL media is not reading....any1 sugets a brand to use....so far i used Traxdata and Datawrite . thanks

mattkind- Buddy at the risk of asking the obvious silly question Does the Toshiba Have a Dual Layer burner installed ? either inteernal or externally (usb 2.0) ect. Asssuming either of those conditions are met ( that you have a dual layer Burner ! ) I would try the VERBATIM DVD+R DL media ! Hope this helps ! good luck mattkind & happy burning !

stay away from all that media that you are using currently. as bigtoxy69 said, try the verbs. Another good deal going on now is at staples where you can get 50pk of sony for 14 bucks. Single layer. Which is good media. I like the verbs however, or ty's. If you got a 16x dl burner, burn those at 8x. make sure to check if infact a dl burner is installed on that laptop.
