I'm having trouble signing up for xbox 360 live. Ca somebody help me? Like, there's all this crap about microsoft passport and such. I don't know what the hell they are talking about.

did u buy live though? if you did, click xbox live market place then press redeem prepaid card or promotional code, then put in the subscription code and it should work, maybe its just your connection

For the .net passport all you do is just put in your email address.
