yea neph not that it could, it will...
at this point there is no way to downgrade that type of firmware doing so will inevitably result in your psp being rendered useless
i downloaded it and the only difference from the 2.0 downgrader i see is that instead of overflow.tif in psp\photo
its got a num.jpg
upon opening the file and seeing the code i would say it is fake.
in the overflow.tif code there is a reference to h.bin
whereas in the num.jpg it has no refernces to h.bin and it seems the pic is from adobe photoshop, and it has a tag "ducky"
