When you extract it youll have inside the 3 folders 2 called universalremote adn universalremote%
and another called remotes

Put the two universalremote folders into your PSP\GAME folder

put the remotes folder onto the roote of your memory stick eg, straight onto the stick not in any foler so that youll see the remotes folder next to psp folder.
