Hi, i can't access the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) when i press Ctrl+Alt+Del nothing happens i keep pressing it and the task managet just wont come up. Any ideas?

Also when i go Start>Run and tpye CMD a message come up saying "Another program is currently using this file", Any ideas here aswell?

N.P i sorted it, it was some viruses. I found them using PandaActiveScan, it found 250 viruses on my PC. 250 viruses which norton didnt pick up, how can norton be so rubbish?
