Swap Magic 3.6, Pal and Ntsc

I recently purchased swap magic 3.6 and i am confused on the subject of pal and ntsc. With the swap magic discs do i need to do any converting from pal to ntsc? I read somewhere that swap magic does convert it for you and somewhere that it doesnt. Or do people just have to convert them because there modchip doesnt do it for them.

no but on some back-ups they will be PAL or NTSC if the game is PAL and you boot it up NTSC then it will jump and bounce so u have to chose whatever the game is......
