Trouble with swap magic 3.6 (disc problem) PLEASE HELP!!!

I recently bought magic swap 3.6 with slide tool after reading about it. I burned the backed up ISO image to these discs: http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/store/pcw_page.jsp?BV_SessionID=...

I used DVD Decrypter and burnt at X1 speed.

When it came to using the magic swap disc i inserted the DVD disc and using the slide tool replaced it with the backup. After putting the tray back in properly i press X on the pad. It hung for a few seconds flashed red and then the screen went blank black.

I first tried a backup which was about 4.2GBs which was burnt at X4 then after doing some research i burnt another backup about 850MBs at X1 with the same problems.

I suspect i am properly using the wrong brand/type of discs (if you follow the link you can see the infomation about them (DVD-R)

If the discs are the problem please reccommend (with links if possible) what brand and type of disc you have used successfully?

Also if you think i might be doing something else wrong please say.

Just so you know the PS2 is a SCPH-39003 PAL

After reading about disc quality on the fourms i saw something about a PIF test in Nero so i decided to do one, here are the results:

Thank the reason i needed to know so soon is because am i going away soon and didn't want to take the oringal games. I looked around and could not find any verbatims or tayo yudens so i got some Sony DVD-R which were in the best media section in the guide the media you gave me. Just going to try burn to them now.
