I`ve been reading fourms but haven`t found exactly what i`m looking for. I am sorry if this has been answered...

I have the lastest ps2 slim with flip top.. I just bought a swap magic 3.6.. I backed up a game using dvd decrypter on dvd+r but when i try the game it just says to insert disk with higher TOC.. Any ideas please..

apprently you have the factory fliptop. you need a aftermaket fliptop.

Tape and Tissue mod: From Pretense: If the fliptop doesn't work, just give up on it and do a tape and tissue mod. Open up your case again and tape the back sensor (toward the upper left and beneath the hinge part of the lid) with duct tape or even regular Scotch tape (I use several layers to be on the safe side), put the case back together, and stuff a small ball of tissue into the hole for the front sensor (lower right just above the power button).

Just about the same, just a change on Censor 'A' and Censor 'B'

keep the top closed, while you tape down the disk stopper, using a few layers of duct tape

use tiny strips of duct tape to patch over the tiny censor. I used a screwdriver to help put on the tape.

yes, instead of an aftermarket fliptop you can get a set of those which go by many names like Magic Switch, Ghost Switch, Slimtool and so on. They will stop the PSTwo from resetting when you open it to swap and solve your problem.
Then you just have to learn everyting else you need to know about backing up games :)
