First off, I have tried a few forum searches but couldn't find the info I was looking for...so I would appreciate any info/advice. Thanks in advance.

Main goal is just to see if my backup works. I have access to both the fat and slim ps2's, so info on either will be helpful. I'm going to be ordering Swap magic tomorrow, but I won't receive it til next week, and I would like to know if I'm making playable backups. I'm too eager/excited to wait til next week to find out. I also don't wait to continue making coasters if I'm doing it wrong.

I was able to find tutorials on do it yourself slide cards and the tape and tissue method for the slim versions. So I should have that covered, I just won't have acces to a boot disk right now. I remember reading on some other site (can't recall which one at the moment) that claimed to have patches that can be burned along with the game iso image on to a dvd and eliminate the need for a boot disk. Is this correct or possible? If so, can someone steer me in the right direction to find such a thing. I don't mind researching and reading up on my own, so a link would be fine.

Or is there just no way of getting around not having my PS2 mod-chipped or having a swap magic boot disk???

This is what I have access to:
PS2- have access to fat or slim
DVD Decrypter
ANYDVD
Nero
CloneDVD2
TY DVD-R (8X) **I will burn at 4X**
The Warriors ISO and MDS file on my Computer Hard Drive

I burned a backup just like I would a DVD-5 movie....ISO-Read...ISO-Write with DVD Decrypter. Everything looks fine, just ned to actually try it so I can continue with other titles or, start all over!!

I know I could just wait til my Swap Magic comes in but it would be nice if I can get this straightened out during the weekend.

Thanks again everybody!!
