Okay, I have searched on this forum about the memory card exploit but found nothing except how to make one. I have a question about it. When you install it into your memory card, how do you use it? Do you still need to use the slide card to get the ps2 tracy out and not use the disc? Or can you just put in a import or a backup game into it and play it like a normal ps2 game.

But do i have to use the Swap Magic Disc? I don't want to waste time putting in the disc and then out again. So how would the memory card expolit work?

well you will still need swap magic or a modchip to boot your exploit( 1 time only) then when your exploit is istall on your memory card, you won't need the swap magic anymore :)

but when do i swap? i just need like steps. i know how the swap magic works, first i would just insert the swap magic disc then swap the disc with a slide card.
But when do i swap with the slidecard when i am not using the swap magic disc but the memory expolit?

1. Boot with the trigger disc.
2.When the cogswap screen is shown eject the disc with the standard eject button and put in an original game disc, cdrom if you want to start a cd and a dvd for dvd, with bigger TOC size.
3. When the screen text changes, to ?psx cdrom?, ?ps2 cdrom? or ?ps2 dvdrom?, depending on what you inserted, press X if you inserted a DVD and O if inserted a CD.
3. After a while the screen says �Use cogswap�. Now use the plastic tool to release the tray and swap the disc. Remember to pull the pin back to place after. Then press X.

i thought i didn't have to use the trigger disc(swap magic disc) after I installed the exploit on the memory card. the steps you gave me is for swap magic isn't it? what does the exploit do and how would i use it?

the trigger disc is the ps1 disc .

yea i just found out, lol. it's any ps1 game right? such as FFVII? thanks for all the help man i_suck.
