hi i need to crank up the volume on my PSP's videos becuase they just aint loud enough. does any one know of a program that can do this?

and just a general question, does anyone know of mass music conveter programs which converts music to 128Kbps and normalizes the volume at the same time?

What video encoder do you use, pspvideo9 has an option in its setup menus to increase sound 500%
dont know about your music program but if its for psp, try sonic stage

lol no u dont ave to get it that way! ;) its free, i use sonic stage myself and it does import the whole folder instead of one at a time.
