Below is a guide that one of the members here did. It uses DVDDecrypter/Shrink and burns the DVD w/ DVDDecrypter. You can use this to get your feet wet. If you want to burn w/ Nero you have to put a check mark in "enable burning w/ Nero" box

To add to what Car.Mike says, if the direct burn doesn't work in shrink then save the RESIZED movie to the hard drive (make sure you have the room), then open Nero REcode and import the entire RESIZED movie there, then burn.

This is how I have to do it as the Direct burn was giving me problems.

You do not need to use Recode, it is the same program as Shrink, why would you want to run it through a compressing programs again if you used Shrink, your file is already the right size. Yes, save to your HDD but use Nero Burning Rom, or Nero Express to burn the file.

or you can make it simple and grab AnyDVD + CloneDVD 2 and those are the easiest best way of making your backups to 100% sucess everytime ......

clondvd2 has options of picking up dvd from hd or dvd drive and copying them or buring them to hd and compressing them as well
and its soooo easy to understand and do ... while AnyDVD is the BEST decreter their is ... as it does it on the fly in background just set it and forget it and it also can burn to hd and decrepts all sorts of diffrent options from region codes to the hardest copy protection and also to remove auto play or proibin user actons

gus738 and IHoe both gave you good advice. If you ripped it, it is on the HD either as files or as an Image file. If it has .VOB,bup and .ifo files then that is file mode and do it like Gus738 stated. If it i .iso and .mds files then that is a image file and you can use IHoe way. Look and tell us the type of files that you ripped

ok ill try again. lauch clonedvd2 then theirs 3 options . choose last bottom one ... " write exisiting data" then theirs 2 options to choose its " source " either dvd movie files or iso/udf image.

the first top one is the one you need. since its an ifo VOB file to process.. then look for the path where it ever is and it should take you to another part where it ask what to put a disc and burn it ...
