What kind of errors are you getting? I used Decrypter and Shrink on this one with no problems.

Not sure what you mean by media.All of the versions are up to date.I have been able to burn all movies lately except this one.I cannot seem to figure out why.Clone give me an error opening files and I am not doing anything different with this movie than I have previous ones.Decryptor just says no dvd found.I have not used the AnyDVD ripper so I could not be doing something correctly with it.I just tried region 4 and still says not dvd inserted.

I only use Shrink with Decrypter as auto burn. On some newer ones I run them through DVDFab Decrypter first. This film was not a problem to back up. I suppose I should note on the disk when I use Fab first. These three free programs do everything for me without a hitch, no need at this time for any other programs.

@metis25

do not change your region settings on your DVD burner - you only have five changes and then you will be stuck on your last setting.

Region 4 was merely to indicate the geographical area where I live and the type of DVD available.

AnyDVD should be able to overcome any regional settings.

Media = blank DVD disc brand with MID code. Exact version numbers, your "latest" may or may not be "latest" releases.

I'm sorry but I forgot to mention that it will not let me decryt at all either.The movie does nothing except tell me the movie isn't there.The AnyDVD is 5.9.5.3.I just downloaded the newest update.As for the others I cannot say I think the clone is a 1.10 something.and decyptor of course cannot be updated.
Thanks again
