Most wanted, rivals playability wasnt too good.
but i dont remmeber most wanted having neons, which i missed.

All in all, most wanted.

I have most wanted for the ps2 never played for psp and it's a lot of fun. I have rivals and it kicks butt for the psp only problem is that the nitro races >_<
