the right button on my d-pad is broke, still works but its broke i need a new d-pad i think im gonna buy some color ones
^^ PSP topic to make 3d happy^^
here are the sigs i promised i was gonna do.. sorry that i didn't get them to ya sooner but as you kno im working two jobs now so a little less time for this ad-er

na the d-pad works but its broke. the right button feels really loose.
wanna understand more of what i mean?
press up on your d pad
see how all the other buttons move slightly too.
thats cause they are all connected.
do the same with left right and down.
now with my psp
when i hit right none of the others move
when i hit up left and down move.
not to mention when i look in the little space allowed i can see a break..
its cool tho, im going to get non smudge buttons

thanks for the advice ewan, but i wasnt going to send it to sony, i was going to do it myself.
i havent done it before but im sure ill be fine, or perhaps i could ask piece or matt if i needed help cause both of them have taken their faceplates off

Mine arent broke but are getting worn out, ive compared them to other psp's and they are worse, i might be thinking of getting normal black replacements that ship to the uk....

you can get black ones from the site i showed, and they are smudge proof so youwont have to keep wiping your screen n buttons.. and im not getting the red ones, im getting the blue ones

Just wanted to know are the contacts on the actual buttons or are they on the board? Because my buttons are worn out and i was wondering if i buy new ones will they be like a new psp or is it the contacts underneath?

my circle button is sort of loose and if u take my fingers i can literally pull out half of it and see the bottom, its barely hanging on, if i were to buy a button set, how would i put new buttons in? and would it void my warranty?
