How to extract the video scenes from PS2 games?

Do you know any software that is cable of extracting the cinematic videos from PS2 games and save them in format that is supported by PC? I used a software: DKZ studio to get the audio files and it was successful on many games. I have used RAD tools to open bink video format and that was successful on Prince of Persia 2 game, but I don't know about the other games what format they use and if it is possible to view them on the pc specially the games from Japanese developers. Any help?

you could use a program called 'PSS PLEX' to extract it. or you could just watch it on your computer with 'Ps2 Player'. Unfortunatly i dont know where to find these programs anymore.. but i doubt its hard to find if you search on google or something.
