If your file is smaller than the 4.3g limit of a DVD5 disk then yes just use DVD Decrypter in iso write mode and it will burn your disk. However, if the file is larger then you will need to compress it to fit and you will need DVD Shrink. You can get both programs here along with guides on how to use them.
Id say your best downloading AVI files as most torrent sites have comments saying what the quality is like, then create your own menu.
Just my opinion but I'd rather download 3 900mb AVI files anyday over 1 2.7gb ISO image, usually you'll get the same quality anyway, as an AVI file is basically just a compressed ISO DVD image.
The ISO is only 544MB. I tried DVD Decrpyter, but got the following errors:
